If you are an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager (currently manage Sales staff) and are ready to run a national sales team for a high-growth organization, this could be your opportunity to showcase your talents and experience accelerated professional growth.

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Director will collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies, implement best practices and build a winning team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role and requires up to 50% travel across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and recruit field sales professionals to achieve or exceed quota
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that lead to results
  • Manage and build the field sales team from the field, not from your office
  • Drive solution selling methodologies, set new standards and deliver profitable results
  • Collaborate with the CEO to execute revenue goals and objectives 
  • Build a culture of excellence and over achievement
  • Foster a team vs. individual approach

Requirements

BA/BS Degree Required

5+ years of experience managing a successful field sales team (technology, software, technology enabled services industries only)

Experience leading a team of 7+ field sales reps

Verifiable track record of success and profitable growth, quota obtainment etc.

Start-up, non-brand name experience desired
